We are seeking a skilled, creative, and passionate Chef (Chef de Partie / Demi Chef) to join our culinary team in jharkhand, the “Gateway to Himachal” nestled near the Yamuna River and Shivalik foothills. The ideal candidate must possess strong culinary expertise, technical precision, and a deep understanding of North Indian and Haryanvi cuisine, while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and consistency. This role focuses on delivering authentic regional flavors, seasonal farm-fresh preparations, and traditional North Indian breads and curries with excellence. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present dishes consistently according to standard recipes, with emphasis on traditional Haryanvi and Punjabi-style cooking methods such as slow-cooking, tandoor baking, and hand-ground masalas. Demonstrate expertise in local favorites such as Bajre ki Roti with Sarson ka Saag, Kadhi Pakora, Rajma, Chole, seasonal sabzis, and traditional sweets like Gajar ka Halwa and Pinni. Maintain strict kitchen hygiene and adhere to FSSAI and local food safety regulations at all times. Assist the Head Chef in developing seasonal menus using fresh local produce, dairy products, and regional grains while minimizing food waste. Manage section stock, ensure FIFO practices, and assist in sourcing quality ingredients including whole spices, fresh vegetables, and premium dairy. Handle assigned kitchen stations efficiently and coordinate with the brigade during peak hours, especially during wedding seasons and festive rush.
