Fuel Operator

We are looking for a reliable, alert, and customer-focused Fuel Operator (Petrol Pump Attendant) to join our service team in Jhakhand the “Gateway to Himachal” and an important transit hub connecting Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. As a frontline representative, you will provide efficient fueling services to private vehicles, commercial trucks, industrial transport fleets, and highway travelers. Key Responsibilities Operate fuel dispensers accurately to fill petrol, diesel, or CNG as per customer requirements, ensuring correct quantity and zero errors. Manage cash, card, and UPI payments efficiently. Maintain accurate billing records and issue receipts properly. Strictly follow fire and safety protocols such as “No Smoking” and “Switch Off Engine” rules. Be trained to handle fire extinguishers and emergency procedures. Provide value-added services like checking engine oil, maintaining tire air pressure, and cleaning windshields. Assist in monitoring underground tank levels and support safe fuel tanker unloading operations. Greet customers politely and respond to queries about fuel prices, offers, and loyalty programs in a professional manner.
